The 21st June is Summer Solstice in the northern hemisphere, the longest day of the year and a powerful time to shine your light into the world. All of nature is blooming and fruiting now, do you feel this abundance all around you, can you sense the completeness of this moment?
Now is a potent time to stand strong and reach high, find joy in movement and fully express your being though your body. Make time to celebrate all you have achieved and acknowledge all you have manifested. Be content to stand in the light and feel the fire burning within.
